Shipping & Delivery
Please review the following points regarding dispatch schedule, delivery and buyer responsibility before placing an order.
When will my package be shipped?
We do not ship on weekends. Orders are dispatched on weekdays only. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be shipped during the weekend — all orders received over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery
We ship all orders discreetly within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Trackable delivery is handled via PostNord. Orders over 1100 kr include free tracked shipping at no additional cost. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, peak periods and external carriers.
Protected delivery
Protected Delivery is an optional add-on available for an additional cost. The customer actively chooses whether to add Protected Delivery when placing the order. If a shipment covered by Protected Delivery is affected by a delivery issue covered by the service, SwePeptide offers a return and a replacement shipment according to the terms of the protection service.
Buyer's responsibility
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct. Shipments returned to us due to incorrect information or an unclaimed package will not be refunded. A new shipment can be arranged for a new shipping fee.
Once handed to PostNord
Once a package has been handed over to PostNord, SwePeptide is not responsible for what PostNord or any other carrier does. We cannot be held liable for delays, loss, theft, mishandling or other issues arising with the carrier. Delivery then takes place at the buyer's risk. We do not file claims for packages or delays with PostNord.
