Binding purchases
SwePeptide does not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns on any order, whether it has already shipped, is being prepared, or has yet to be processed. As soon as a payment is received, the sale is final. This does not affect the terms of the selected shipping service or Protected Delivery. If you have selected Protected Delivery and a delivery issue covered by the protection occurs, SwePeptide offers a return and replacement shipment according to the protection service terms. We therefore encourage you to double-check your selected products, doses, quantities, and delivery information before confirming the payment.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Each case is assessed individually, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. If you have selected Protected Delivery, the protection service terms also apply. If a covered delivery issue occurs, SwePeptide will offer a return and replacement shipment in accordance with those terms.
Temperature-sensitive handling
Because these products are temperature-sensitive and prepared under controlled conditions, an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received — even if it has not yet left our facility.
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use, food, or drug purposes.
