Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases made through this website. By completing an order you accept the terms in the version shown on this page at the time of purchase.

The store serves customers in Sweden and the rest of the EU, and deliveries are made within that area.

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only. They are not medicinal products and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment.

The website is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. You confirm your age when visiting the site, and by placing an order you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

Information about each product — strength, stated purity, handling and available documentation — is provided on the respective product page.

Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual packaging. We aim to keep all information accurate and update the pages when something changes.

Prices are shown for each product and at checkout. The base price is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). A price shown in another currency is a conversion of the base price, and the amount finally charged may be affected by the payment provider's exchange rate.

Shipping is added according to the option you choose and is shown separately at checkout before payment. The total shown at checkout is the amount payable.

An order is placed by adding items to the cart, entering contact and delivery details at checkout and completing the payment.

You are responsible for checking product, strength, quantity and delivery details before the order and payment are completed. An incorrect address or email address may delay or prevent delivery.

An order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. The agreement is considered concluded when the order has been registered and confirmed by us.

What applies to changing or cancelling an order after payment has been received is set out in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, in the event of an obvious pricing error, or if the order cannot be verified.

The available payment options are shown at checkout. Which options appear may vary depending on the order total.

Payment is processed by the payment providers shown at the time of purchase. We do not receive or store your card details.

The order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

We deliver within Sweden and to the rest of the EU. Orders are packed discreetly and normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. We ship on business days only — orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

Tracked delivery is handled by PostNord. Once a parcel has been handed over to PostNord, delivery is at the buyer's risk as set out in the shipping policy.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before the purchase is completed. Free tracked shipping applies from an order value of 599 SEK.

Protected Delivery is an optional paid add-on the customer selects at checkout, so it does not apply to all orders automatically. Its conditions are described in the shipping policy.

What applies once a payment has been received is set out in our refund policy. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible if something needs to change and we will see what is possible under that policy.

Because the products are temperature-sensitive and handled under controlled conditions, the conditions stated in the refund policy apply to cancelling a paid order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer legislation that cannot be contracted away.

We do not offer a general open-purchase or return right. The cases that can be handled as a return are set out in the refund policy and, where applicable, in the conditions of the Protected Delivery add-on.

Any return always starts by contacting us with your order number. Please do not send anything back before you have received instructions from us.

If a delivery is damaged, incorrect or otherwise differs from the order, contact SwePeptide following the instructions in the refund policy.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, stating your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the packaging and product. Each case is assessed individually under the refund policy.

If you selected the Protected Delivery add-on, its conditions also apply.

Your rights under mandatory consumer legislation are not limited by these terms.

The conditions for refunds are set out in our refund policy. These terms do not grant any additional right to a refund beyond what is stated there.

If a case is approved under the policy, we will come back to you on how it is handled in that individual case.

The buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. Under the shipping policy, shipments returned to us because of incorrect information, or parcels that are not collected, are not refunded.

A new shipment can be arranged for a new shipping fee. Contact us with your order number and we will help you further.

The products are sold for laboratory and research purposes, and you are responsible for handling and using them in accordance with the rules applicable where you are.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes, natural events or decisions by public authorities. We inform you as soon as we can and help find a solution.

The content of the website — text, images, graphics, trade marks and other material — belongs to SwePeptide or is used with permission. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written consent.

These terms may be updated. The version shown on this page is the one in force, and the terms displayed at the time of your purchase apply to that order. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
